We have a fully trained and dedicated team of Craftsmen and Craftswomen who operate exclusively from our own premises near Chester on the English/ Welsh border. All orders leaving our premises for destinations throughout the world are despatched via a carrier. This allows the progress of your goods to be monitored throughout their journey until delivered direct to your door ensuring our policy of total commitment to customer service is continued until your order is received. The materials used in all our products are sourced individually and with great care, only those that meet our exacting standards are considered.
